- I practice law in New Hartford, New York. Founder of the Estate Planning Law Center where I limit my practice to Estate Planning and Elder Law and counsels clients in the area of Estate, Tax and Charitable planning, as well as Asset Preservation and Medicaid Planning. Founder and President of Medicaid Practice Systems, LLC, which provides education on Medicaid laws and rules to estate planning attorneys across the United States. Enjoy speaking regularly to various professional groups including various Bar Associations, the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys and many financial planning organizations. I have published articles on asset preservation, charitable giving, and is a contributing author to Giving; Philanthropy for Everyone, Quantum Press, published October 2002. I am a member of the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and other legal and accounting professional organizations. Also, I am a 2001 graduate of the Esperti Peterson Institute for Advanced Wealth Strategies.
