- I practice law in New Hartford, New York. Founder of the Estate Planning Law Center where I limit my practice to Estate Planning and Elder Law and counsels clients in the area of Estate, Tax and Charitable planning, as well as Asset Preservation and Medicaid Planning. Founder and President of Medicaid Practice Systems, LLC, which provides education on Medicaid laws and rules to estate planning attorneys across the United States.
